2025 TWO ROBBERS TICKET SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

Eligibility
The 2025 Two Robbers Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the United States to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, except New York, Florida and Rhode Island, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Philadelphia Eagles, LLC (the “Eagles”), Two Robbers Spirits Co. (“Sponsor” or “Two Robbers”), and any of their respective agencies, owners, subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors, and individual retail licensees or the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, grandson or granddaughter, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of each such individuals are not eligible to participate or win a prize. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Sweepstakes Period
Sweepstakes period begins on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 5:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 5:00:00 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer will be deemed the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.  

Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, a person who is eligible to enter this Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules (an “”Entrant”) must take the following steps to enter the Sweepstakes:

Follow @two_robbers on Instagram;
Like the Sweepstakes post;
Tag a fellow Philadelphia Eagles fan that you would like to bring to the game in the comments (each additional tag will qualify as one (1) extra entry); and
Share the Sweepstakes post on your Instagram story and tag @two_robbers.  

Entrants must have a valid Instagram account to participate in this Sweepstakes.  Due to the way Instagram operates its services, entries from Instagram with “protected accounts” (i.e., Entrant has his or her account set to private so that only people that Entrant has approved can view his or her posts) may not be received.  An Entrant must have a non-private Instagram account to enter this Sweepstakes.  If an Entrant does not have a non-private Instagram account, he or she can create one at no cost using the Instagram application on his or her compatible mobile device.  Entrants should consult their wireless service providers regarding pricing plans, as message and data rates may apply.  Use of Instagram will be subject to that service provider’s privacy policy and terms of use, which can be found at http://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy. Entrants agree to release Instagram, LLC (“Instagram”) from any and all liability associated with this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By following the steps above to submit an entry (“Entry”), Entrant hereby agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules.  Entries must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.  In the event of a dispute as to any Entry or as to the identity of the Winner based on e-mail address, the winning Entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the Instagram account used to make the Entry. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address associated with the Instagram account used to make the Entry.  The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.  Sponsor is not responsible for Entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties and other technological problems.  Use of multiple Instagram accounts to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification.  Automated Entries (including but not limited to any Entries submitted using any robot, script, macro or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified.

Each Entrant hereby understands and agrees that, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, his/her Entry, including without limitation Entrant’s name and Instagram handle, may be posted to Sponsor’s website, Facebook page, Twitter feed, Instagram account, and/or other websites associated with the Sweepstakes.  Submitting an Entry constitutes Entrant’s grant to Sponsor, its parents and affiliates, and the employees, officers, directors, licensees, designees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, “Grantees”), of a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, post, distribute, publish or create derivative works from and display the Entry in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional, advertising, public relations, trade show and/or marketing purposes, without further compensation, notification or permissions of any kind except where prohibited by law.  If requested, Entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the nonexclusive rights Entrant is granting to use the Entry.  This license expressly includes a right (but not the obligation) for Sponsor to modify Entries to remove any third party intellectual property.  Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, or alter the Entry for any purpose which Sponsor deems necessary or desirable, and each Entrant irrevocably waives any and all so-called moral rights they may have therein.  Each Entrant hereby acknowledges that such Entrant does not reserve any rights in or to the Entry.  Further, the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may add or remove any Entry from the website at any time for whatever reason.  The displaying of an Entry on the website does not constitute verification of eligibility or compliance with these Official Rules and all Entries and Entrants remain subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion.

Winner
Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) winner will be selected randomly by Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (the “Winner”).  Winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram from the official @two_robbers Instagram account on or about Wednesday, December 10, 2025. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from the eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Final designation as the Winner depends on verification of eligibility as determined by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute or redeem prize for cash, but Two Robbers reserves the right to substitute prize with a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.  

Prize/Odds
In accordance with these Official Rules, one (1) Winner will be awarded the following prize: two (2) tickets to the Philadelphia Eagles vs. Las Vegas game, scheduled to take place at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday, December 14, 2025 (the “Game”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $410 ($205/ticket)), two (2) passes to hold the flag on the field during the National Anthem before the Game (ARV: $300 ($150/pass)), and one (1) custom Philadelphia Eagles x Two Robbers neon sign (ARV: $400) (collectively, the “Prize”). Total ARV of the Prize: $1,110.

Seat locations to be determined by Eagles in its sole discretion.  Any participants in the flag holding experience must be ten (10) years of age or older.  If Winner’s guest is a minor, Winner must be the parent or legal guardian of such guest.  Travel expenses and any other costs associated with attendance at the Game, including without limitation meals, tips and gratuities, taxes and fees associated with the receipt and/or use of the tickets, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.  Eagles and Sponsor reserve the right to remove or deny entry to any event or component of the Prize if, in their sole discretion, the Winner’s behavior or the behavior of such individual’s guest is disruptive, belligerent, abusive, intended to annoy, threaten or harass, any other person at the venue or event.  Under such circumstances, the individual (and/or guest) may be asked to leave and may forfeit all remaining portions of the Prize.  Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified therein.  Resale of tickets is prohibited.  In the event that the game or any related event associated with the Prize does not occur, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel and the Winner may not receive any Prize.

Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Taxes on or connected with the prize and the reporting consequences thereof are the sole and exclusive responsibility of Winner.

General Conditions
Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification of the Prize. Failure to return documents timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, Winner may be disqualified with an alternate winner selected. Where permitted by law, Winner agrees to grant to the Eagles and Two Robbers the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the Winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for, or provide biographical information for use in, any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by the Eagles or Two Robbers, as applicable. Failure to make such appearances or grant such rights may result in disqualification with an alternate winner or potential winner selected; and while not obligated to do so, Eagles and/or Two Robbers may, in their sole discretion, bear such reasonable costs and expenses which the Eagles and/or Two Robbers, in their sole discretion, deem appropriate for Winner or potential winner to appear for a presentation or other activity. Further, Winner and each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Eagles, Eagles Stadium Operator, LLC, Two Robbers, Instagram, the National Football League (“NFL”), and their respective affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.  FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Limitations of Liability
Sponsor and Eagles are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of Instagram. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes for any drawing(s) and select the Winner from Entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken.  By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, e-mail notifications or postal mail; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections or availability; or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/use net accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; or any technical, mechanical, programming, printing or typographical or other error; or unauthorized human intervention; or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry information; or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction. The Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for any entries in excess of the stated limit or for entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules, and all such entries may, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, be disqualified.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

Disputes
As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard for doctrines of conflict of law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Privacy Policy
Entrants agree that personally identifiable information may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering the Sweepstakes. Further, this data may also be used by Sponsor to verify a Winner’s identity and Instagram account information in the event a Winner qualifies for any applicable Prize as well as to the deliver the applicable Prize. If a potential winner does not provide the required data when requested, he/she will be ineligible for any prize.  Any Entrant’s personally identifiable information will be used only in accordance with the Two Robbers’ Privacy Policy . 

Winner’s List
